What Causes Diarrhea And Pain In The Lower Back?

I have had diarrhea for two months...I had tests run to see if it was from recent travel out of the country. Everything came back negative. I am working on using things to replenish my intestinal health. Other than the diarrhea...I ve begun to notice lower back ache.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As far as my clinical experience is concerned, the lower back ache is concerned with secondary electrolyte imbalance and trace elements deficiency stage giving muscle cramps.

* In our clinic, I recommend
- Hydration maintenance with plenty of liquids.
- Correction of underlying cause of diarrhea and treat it promptly.
- Evaluate the further causes of back ache and manage that too.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
