What Causes Diarrhea And Rectal Bleeding Post Dialysis Treatment?
My mother got dialysis recently for 5 times till date . After her 5th dialysis , she succumbed to diarhaee with bleeding . She will go with citi angio as suggested by doctor . Wanted to know the life risk probability further . Her blood infusion is going on but heomoglobin is reducing to 6 . Pls suggest

It could be due to consumptive coagulopathy or be due to a condition called DIC. Consult a physician and get evaluated.
A CT angiogram May be taken and blood transfusions are also needed to correct hemoglobin deficiency.
