What Causes Diarrhea And Red Eyes?
son gets diarrhea, has red eyes, can't remember if it is one or both. Intermittent, going on for several years. Milk makes it worse and possibly other foods. I don't want to think he has ulcerative colitis, so it must be something else. The red eye has me worried

Stop all dairy products as the first step
eat a plant based diet
cut down animal protein
increase fiber in diet
