What Causes Diarrhea And Severe Joint Pain Post Radiation Therapy?
why is my husband having diarrhea daily could it be from radiation treatments ? however since his radiation treatment he has also had a colonoscopy and had 7 polyps removed. it has been 8 years since my husband had the radiation treatments. And also he has severe joint pain.

The diarrhea is related to alteration in gut flora mechanics which are maintaining the homeostasis of the digestion and motion of bowels. Joint pain may be concern with immune flare up of inflammatory condition via low immunity from radiation therapy.
