What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting During 24 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 24 weeks pregnant. Last night I had diarrhea around 9-10 pm. I woke up at 12am throwing up everything in my stomach. A hour later I woke up retching. I m having sharp, discomforting pains in my stomach. I am now feeling aches all throughout my body with a fever.

Hi, I think you can be having gastroenteritis. Take some anti-emetic and probiotics. Take ORS at intervals. Don't get dehydrated. Consult your doctor.
