What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting In A Child?

Hi, my 9 year old son is down with loose motions since morning and threw up once in the evening. After consulting the doctor, I have given him junior Lanzol and enterogermina. His motions are under control but he has fever now and I only have Meftal spas at home. Can I give him?

Hi,

This would not help him effectively with the fever, it would be best to use Paracetamol/Tylenol. You should also continue the probiotics to help restore the normal bacteria in the gut.
