Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.
Some advice that I can give to you is:
-Encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids. -Give over-the-counter Oral Rehydration Solution in addition to breast milk, formula or milk. -Give starch food.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
