What Causes Diarrhea, Bloating, Chills And Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

I have been having digestive and abdominal problems for two months. Sudden diarherrea, bloating, , no temperature, chills, pain in lower back on the right side, burning in the stomach. Everything I eat, including water, burns as it goes down. Nothing seems to help, not antacids, not eating more, not eating less, not Immodiaum (works for about 3 days and then the diarherra comes back). What is wrong with me? I am 75 years old. I had quad bypass heart surgery 4 years ago.

According to your complain you have problem of diarrhea and burning sensation in stomach with bloted stomach that may be because of gastric ulcer problem.

Intestinal condition like celiac disease or chons disease may ruled out.
H pylori infection may ruled out.

Spicy food, alcohol drinking and stress may aggravate a condition..

Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
Stool test help to identify a infection present or not.
Colonoscopy can done for further diagnosis.
