What Causes Diarrhea, Excessive Sweating And Numbness In The Body?

I have had 3 separate incidents over 2 years similar to this. Very fast onset of diarrhoea. While on the toilet I have been sick at the same time. My whole body then sweats an awful lot while feeling cold. I then get total numbness in hands, feet, abdomen and then lip and tongue. My hands paralyse and speech slurs due to numbness in tongue. Feel dizzy but have not yet passed out. Last s about 15-20 minutes. No idea what it is or why.

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. As per your history, please find my advice below:

1. Take B-12 injection
2. Do a full blood count with differential
3. Do liver, renal function and fasting blood sugar test
4. Check your vital sign blood pressure, pulse rate, RR rate, temperature & record it
5. Do a USG whole abdomen

Do what I told and DX is very minor.
