What Causes Diarrhea, Gastric And Painful Arm With History Of Heart Attack?
My husband has had stomach issues all week. First diarrhea, then excessive gas. Everything he ate turned into gas. Tonight he said his right arm is hurting. He is 64. Had a heart attack one year ago this month. Two stents put in. Should I be concerned? (He isn t.)

It is a thin line tto differentiate chest pain and gastric pain.
however, as your husband got a history of heart attack ,better to go ahead for a ECG to rule out.
as diarrhea and gas formation may give some discomfort in chest as well.
so visit a physician for further advise.
