What Causes Diarrhea, Stomach Pain And Bump On Belly After An Injury?

My child was hit hard in the stomach yesterday she is 6. She was on a surf simulator and the boogie board came back and hit her in the stomach. It took a few minutes for her to get her breath back. She had a hard time breathing after it happened. She now has diarrhea and says it hurts when she coughs or touches it. There is a very small lump/bump on the belly. Should I be concerned?She is happy and seems fine if she doesn't touch it or cough.

if there was no abdominal pain or tenderness in abdomen during examination of abdomen ,there was no need to concerned.for mild stomach pain,give anti spasmodic like tab. dicyclomin or cyclopam given.if abdominal pain is severe after 2 days of injury ,USG ABDOMEN was done.
