Zoloft is an antidepressant contains sertraline. In children it can be used for depression,
obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, or
panic attack. It's true that diarrhea/
loose stool is one of its side effects, about 13-24% patients felt that. The others are headache, sleepiness, nausea, dizziness and many more. Actually the side effects come depends on dosage and usually it can diminish gradually. But if it persists, better contact your doctor.
Abilify contains
aripiprazole as an antipsychotics medicine. In children it can be used to treat

You should look for
medical help if your son get allergic reactions with Zoloft or abilify, such as hives, swelling on face, lip or throat, and difficultly breathing. Please call your local doctor if the diarrhea get worsen, also if there's worsening symptoms of his mood and behavior, severe panic, anxiety or self injured. You can't stop or decrease the dosage without doctor's permission. It can make withdrawal syndrome that may harm your son.
I hope this can help to resolve your worries. If there's anything you need to know more, please let me know and we can discuss it in HealthCareMagic. Send my greetings to your son. Take care.
