What Causes Diarrhea While On Paracetamol And Domperidone In Infants?
My daughter is 3.6 months.Earlier she have vomiting and Fever.When we went for doctor they given colimix and Paracetamol and dimenate(novomin) and supp domperidone.We have given dimenate(novomin) still vomiting not stop and we have used supp domperidone. But now vomiting stopped but still she have Loos motion.Everyday 3 to 4 time Loos motion.She has no interest to eat any food.Please help us what we need to do.Urgently.

Your baby of 3.6 months has gestroenertis . No medicine for enteritis has been given.. It is infective diarrhea. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice along with domperidone syrup syrup furazolidine 1/3 tea spoon three times a dsy and eno sac,hets powder half tea spoon three times a day for five days and electromyte powder in boIled and plenty of fluids
