I suggest to meet an endocrinologist because you need to repeat the thyroid tests TSH ,free T3, free T4(the first result was normal) and to do even the test: GH, IGF1,cortisolemia evening and morning.
After this test your doctor will be able to say if your excessive sweating can be attributed to endocrine diseases or not.
For the problem of difficult breathing my advice is to meet an pneumogist for the necessary investigations.
