What Causes Difficulty Achieving An Orgasm?

I was single for a number of years and recently married. I was surprised to discover that my penis has become very insensitive to touch during my years of abstinence, and I now have great difficulty achieving orgasm. I take meds for blood pressure (amlodipine, enalapril), depression (wellbutrin) and cholesterol (simvastatin). Could this be caused by any of those? Are there drugs or supplements that might restore sensitivity?

You didn't mention your age , so I can not tell you more specifically.
However you are suffering from hypertension and depression as you are taking the treatment for the same.Hypertension alone causes difficulty in erection called erectile dysfunction. Depression may responsible for decrease desire for sex. Wellbutrin I guess it is bupropion which is good drug for depression without any sexual side effects.
Treatment for your problem is there. Tadalafil up to 20 mg can be used before sex as and when required. You must avoid sildenafil as you are patient of hypertension.
You didn't mention your age. Otherwise there are few psychotherapy and behaviour therapy for sex which includes couple counseling.
So better to consult psychiatrist or qualified sexologist and go for medicines as per doctor's advice and prescription.
Recently one vitamin metabolite methylfolate plus phosphodiestrase inhibitor(tetrafol plus in India)had also shown good results in erectile dysfunction , you can also discuss about that with your doctor.
