What Causes Difficulty Breathing And Dizziness When Suffering From Stress?
I am having a lot of stress and anxiety like so many others in this day... My left side aches around my heart, and yesterday my fourth toe on left foot became numb. It s hard to breathe as in full deep breath being laboured, and I have been getting dizzy and at times to the point of almost falling over - losing consciousness. When the stress kick in it is the worst... I guess it s my toe that is really strange, but do have any suggestions?
Once get check your pulse, blood pressure, ECG done and your blood sugar too. Numbness can be due to many causes like circulation or nerves or simple tight wearing or cold exposure needs physical examination also. Only psychiatrist can prescribe mind calming meds on OPD basis. I think you must go to the ER if losing consciousness.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
