What Causes Difficulty Breathing And Intermittent Dizziness?
I have had not really shortness of breath but an urge to breathe deeply but it is difficult to do so at times or takes a lot of effort to actually yawn. Additionally, I have over the past few days had intermittent lightheadedness and dizziness and some feeling of pressure right on the sternum area.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to some functional condition and stress anxiety depression may be the cause, if you are continuously try to take deep breath then this may cause dizzy feel so avoid this, and try to come out this condition, hope this information helps, take care.
