Hi thanks for asking question in healthcare magic..... Noted you have dyspnea since month.... You have not mentioned your age... Cardiac history ??? Smoking ? Allergy ???? Fever??? Here rule out asthma or emphysema and bronchitis like obstructive disease by x ray and pulmonary function test.... Auscultation and physical examination done.... If hypertension positive or previous cardiac history then ECG or echo useful...to rule out cardiac causes..... If respi and cardiac causes not present then do your blood peripheral smear examination.
