What Causes Difficulty In Breathing And Fatigue?

My diaphragm muscles seem tired, hard to breath in some positions,lying on my back in particular, and sitting is most uncomfortable I have to arch my back to relieve the pressure. I ve had damage and fusion of the cervical spine at c4-c7. Is it related to that? (2004)

Of course this may be related to damage of c4- c7. You should visit an orthopaedic doctor. The pain in chest and back may come from nerve suppression.
Meanwhile you can use anti-inflamatory drugs such Advil and Naproxen.
Find a comfortable position to stay and rest.
