What Causes Difficulty In Breathing, Back Pain And Nose Bleeding?

good day doctor, im 27 years of age, female, 5 2 in height, and 165 in weight.. am i always encounter difficult breathing and a back pain also comes on my right back to lower hip. now my nose bleeding and after a few minutes my saliva too.. i have a neck problem. theres come a kind o cyst that everytime i talk, drinks or swallow always comes out on my left neck.. pls help me.. im just curious.. thanks advance

Hi,

It can be due to inflamed tonsils. It can also be due to upper respiratory infection. I suggest you to do salt water gargle, lots of warm food and water, do tongue scraping and take antibiotics (after meeting an ENT specialist).
