Hello and welcome to HCM,
Allergy is a common cause of sinusitis.
The allergic sinusitis is managed with anti-allergic drugs and other treatment as and when required.
However, difficulty in breathing and shortness of breath is not associated with sinusitis probably.
Difficulty in breathing is usually due to some abnormality in airways.
Asthma is a possibility because asthma is associated with allergy.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
