What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving While Having Regular Periods?

Hello, I have been trying to conceive for some time now, to no avail. I am 35 years old, with normal menstrual circle, just that it usually comes with shredding of my vigina every month. I went for ultrasound and trans-vagina scan and all prove negative. I have 24days circle and have sex btw 7-12days of my circle still no sign of pregnancy. Please what might be the course and solutions? . Thanks Testy. I really need an urgent answer.

There may be various causes which can lead to infertility. For proper diagnosis of the cause you have to visit a gynecologist along with your husband.
Infertility may be due to male or female or combined contributing factors. As male partner contributes a major role in infertility its recommended to examine him first. Male contributing factors are diagnosed easily in a low cost of investigation too. Again most of the abnormalities are treated successfully. Simultaneous seach of female contributing factors can also be done. But these are time dependent and needs high investigation charges. So its better to rule out male infertility first.
Its adviced to do a semen analysis of your husband under proper guideline as described by the pathologist. Many of the cases it needs a long time to assess the exact cause of infertility and require a lot of investigations.
