What Causes Difficulty In Conceiving?

i have been married for 1 yr stil i am nt concieve my periods r regular my age is 25 and i dnt no the process of ovlation time in monthly periods .wen can i have sex in a month after my montly periods r before monthly periods to get conceive pls help

Hi welcome to health care magic...

Unprotected sexual intercourse between 10 to 20 days of menstrual cycle having more chance of conception..

Esp... Intercourse around ovulation time 14 day of cycle (LH kit useful for ovulation detection) having maximum chance...

As it is one year you and your partener should be examined by doctor...

Preliminary work up needed with your husband's....
-semen analysis
-serum testosterone and FSH estimation
-RBS for diabetis

You should be investigated with...
-serum prolactine
-TVS
-Hysteroscopy if needed
-CBC to rule out anemia etc..
If needed diagnostic laproscopy sometime needed.

Even though still you can't conceive than IVF like assisted reproductive technique needed
