What Causes Difficulty In Food Getting Stuck In Throat After Gallbladder Surgery?
My daughter is 31 yrs. old and has been having trouble keeping food down and she says that it gets stuck in her throat and when she gets sick the vomit gets stuck in her throat also had her gallbladder removed 10 days ago and she is still has the same symptoms and her Dr. said that everything looked good and she also had a Endoscopy done and they can t seem to find anything wrong. Please can you help .Thank You
I would advise her to use Omeprazole 20 mg 30 minutes before breakfast. Meanwhile, she should eat frequent small amounts of food and make sure she chews it well before she swallows it. She should take her time to eat and not rush it.
If she is not better with these measures she will need to talk again to her doctor.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
