What Causes Difficulty In Getting Orgasm At The Age Of 62?

I am a 62 year-old female who has always in prior years experienced an organism during sex and now for the last few years has not. I have changed sex partners but cannot figure out why this would be happening. Does it have anything to do with the aging process? I do have organisms using an electronic device. My sex partner isn t thrilled by this. Any ideas.

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, difficulty in getting orgasm at the age of 62 may be in concern with various possibilities as:

- hormone deficiency as that of estrogen and progesterone
- post menopausal changes
- vaginal dryness
- psychological disturbances
- systemic disorders as diabetes or others

* A detailed history, physical examination is mandatory to look into possible causes and manage accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
