What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnant Despite Having Normal Follicular And Hormone Test Reports?

Hello Dr, I am 27 year Old and Married for 3.5 years i am getting conceive, and my hormone tests are showing good, and i am getting eggs every month which is rupturing on time, but still iam not conceiving since my Dr. adviced me for IUI for first time on 22nd & 23rd of Sep, but i am really not able to understand why i am not getting pregnant, since all my report says normal, and my husband motility is good. please advice

Hi,
I understand your concern.
In the beginning I would like you to wait patiently & go through few more IUI cycles as per your doctor's advise... for IUI may not be successful in first attempt. You can try followings side by side-
Your hormones, ovulation & full menstrual cycle seems to be normal. still you are not conceiving since 3.5 years of marriage. In such a case i would suggest -
- Get your husband checked physically to confirm normal erection. / semen analysis
- Get you Fallopian tube patency test done.
If both of the reports are normal you can have an assisted natural conception ( with noting ovulation by LH surge test/planning sex around ovulation day )
