Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I've gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Although within the normal range, I would recommend that your
TSH be between 1 and 2.5.
This value has been shown to be optimal to conceive.
I would also recommend regular intercourse throughout the month instead of focusing only on ovulation time.
During the ovulation day and three days prior, intercourse at least every alternate day to once a day.
Use
basal body temperature monitoring to confirm ovulation has taken place. The day before the temperature shift is when ovulation usually occurs.
So make sure you have intercourse on that day and the three days before.
Please try for another two to three months.
Try to stay calm and relaxed. (you and husband)
Take your
folic acid supplements daily.
Moderate your exercise routine. Exercise is good but while trying to conceive, do so in moderation. We don't want the body to be too acidic (occurs in strenuous exercise).
Hope I've answered your questions.
Wish you conceive soon.
If you do not conceive within the next 6 months of regular well timed intercourse, see your gynecologist.
Take care
Wish you good health
