My ultrasound says uterus 3.85× 3.96 ×3.56 cm anteverted. The posterior myometrial wall is thicker than the anterior wall measuring 2.33cm and 1.12cm respectively exhibiting coarse echotexture suggestive of posterior wall adenomyosis.Endometrium thin 0.56 isoechoic Adnexae Right ovary: 3.29 × 1.44 × 2.48 cm lateral to the uterus Left ovary: 3.21 × 2.25 × 2.71 cm the left ovary appears to be adherent to lateral surface of the uterus Cervix 2.53 × 2.41 × 2.50 cm nabothian cyst is present No free fluid in the cul de sacImpressions: Present sonologic findings suggestive of posterior wall Adenomyosis Thin endometrium Normal ovaries
Your uterus is in a smaller size than normal and you are having thicker endometrial in the posterior wall showing adenomyosis. This can make getting pregnant difficult. Consult a gynecologist for possible ways of treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
