What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnant?

I want to conceive.I started clomiphene from 5th day to 10th then 11th day USG shows a follicle size 40mm which decreased to 20mm after HCG injections checked on 14th day.why m not able to conceive.Is it possible i am not ovulating.I have 25 days regular cycle.

I understand your concern.
It appears from your description that your cycles are normal but there could be a possibility of ovulation process.
The other possibilities for difficulty in conceiving could be:
1. Patency of Fallopian tubes.
2. Sperm abnormalities like decreased motility, increased abnormal forms and decreased count.
Kindly get evaluated by consulting Infertility specialist.
