Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to healthcare magic

diagnosis : Frozen shoulder

TREATMENT:
1) Shoulder exercises . to be done by self about 4 times a day. These are exercises which stretch the capsule of the shoulder joint and are hence painful if correctly done. u should not stop the exercise due to pain. These exercises can be better shown than told.( i cannot show it here as we r not face to face )

2) hot water fomentation.

This condition may take upto 6 months to fully recover.
There is nothing to worry because of the long time period for which problem exists. It wil and definitely wil subside but the time period may be upto 6 months.Extensive exercise is needed.

NOTE: secondary factors to be taken care of if present.

a) diabetes mellitus
b) thyroid disorder
