What Causes Difficulty In Losing Weight Despite Intense Workouts?

i am 32yrs old. i am 5ft 6in and 235lbs female. i work out 5 days a week for an hr or more. i eat all organic foods...i do not eat beef, fried foods, or drink sodas...i have cutt back on bread and sweets down to next to none...i eat lots of veggies, fruits, chicken, and fish..but i have a very hard time loosing weight..my goal is to get to 190 but have not had success.. what is going on?

Your diet sounds very good and healthy. You can look at the method of preparation of the foods to see if this may be having an impact eg frying but no breading and also the amount of foods used.

It is possible that you may be using too much. Look at portion sizes as well.Consider meal replacement of one or two meals a day.

You may also need to consider medication to help with weight loss , this can be prescribed by your doctor or a weight loss doctor.
