What Causes Difficulty In Moving After Taking Bath?
hello sir, my name is minakshi. age 34. married only 5 months. i find difficult to move when i jump or take bath with cold water in winter. i have to sit and after 2 min everything will be ok. i want to know that this will be create some problem for me.
1.The history suggest the possible cause could be musculo-skeletal pain due to the muscle strain caused during the cold water bath. 2.Other possible cause could be the lung pathology which need to be examined or osculated for breathing sounds. 3.As a simple home treatment apply muscle relaxant and see if it helps and some simple exercises or walking will help to see some changes. 4.If that not helps then needs to investigate. A chest x-ray for over view of the chest / lung pathologies. An ultrasound abdomen pelvis which giving the associated symptoms. 5.So seggest to try home remedy if does not help, evaluation of cause as suggested. Good luck.
