General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that it is a case of Sleep Paralysis which is temporary in nature. Inability to move or Speak on waking up. It is an indication of Sleep Apnoea or narcolepsy (poor sleep hygiene). I suggest you have a better sleep routine every day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
