What Causes Difficulty In Passing Stool And Nausea After Undergoing Prolapse Surgery?

Hello please help. I had total prolapse surgery 4mths ago and ive been having problems going #2 since. I woke up middle of the night early morning Mon. feeling nausea and had diarrea but after i went i continued with my day nomore bowel movements or ill feelings. Then Weds night late at night i began the pain by my naval on my rightside and it has not subsided it kinda feels burny now too. I am not running a temp nor do i feel sick but i have been freezing for a few days no matter what i do which is really not like me ever since my total hysterectomy 2and a half yrs ago. I dont know if my back too since my back been hurting since surgery but its spreading to a larger area on the right. I did have a bowel movement today it was like clay and that was the first since mon morn. I havent really had an appetite all week. It seems like at night time it when im layin in bed its worse. Help

After surgery, there are irregularities and discomfort of anal rectum muscles leading to difficulties in bowel movements.
