What Causes Difficulty In Recalling Familiar Words?

HI I have had a few episodes of being able to find the words I want to say. The words won t form in my brain. Reading anything sounds foreign to me or like the words are jumble up and nothing makes sense. Even simple words aren t familiar to me. Sometimes these episodes are accompanied by a headache or getting a headache afterwards. Also sometimes my vision is distorted in a couple of different ways which are hard to explain. The episodes usually last about and hour or more. I have had MRI twice and nothing has showed indicating a TIA. I m very concerned about what is going on. Can you give me any idea of what could possibly be happening? Thank you
