What Causes Difficulty In Seeing Ovaries During A Transvaginal Ultrasound?
I had a transvaginal ultra sound because I have been having lower left pelvic pain. The tech was unable to see my ovaries. She said they were hiding behind the bowel. My Dr. Gave me the results of the ultra sound and said there were no masses. I asked her how they could tell there were no masses if they couldn t see my ovaries. She said they would be able to tell if there were masses. Is this true?
