difficulty is swallowing at your age is common, many reasons for that, most common is narrowing of the food pipe inlet due to fibrosis or weakness of muscles of the food pipe, the muscles help to propel the food into the stomach, what you can do is have semisolid soft diet to start with and even if that is a problem than consult a gastroenterologist who will do an endoscopic examination on you to check the food pipe and if required will dilate the food pipe, if that’s not helping than probably you need a feeding tube that directly goes into your stomach
