Hi
Welcome to healthcare magic.
If you are having pain in the throat and swallowing only then most likely it is either a sore throat or acute tonsillitis.
Both conditions can be differentiated by local examination of your throat.
In either case specific antibiotics are the answer.
Having painful breathing movement where it hurts apart from throat I.e. in the chest then there may be pneumonia or pleuri in the lungs and you need an urgent local physician review as soon as possible.
Take care.
