What Causes Difficulty In Swallowing?

You know when uyou eat a peanut butter sandwiches too fast and you have weird breathing for a few minutes and you feel a cold sensation. It s happened to me all day and I didn t even eat peanut butter and when I drink water I feel like vomiting and I can barely swallow my spit proper! Help

1. Painful dysphagia can be temporary to permanent.
2. Check with your family physician first, wjo after careful inspection of throat might advice for:

. Bland and soft diet, more of milk, avoid hot and cold drinks and spicy foods.
. Anaesthetic antacid with acid inhibitors.

3. If pain and dysphagia doesn't subside within a week then consult an E.N.T. Doctor for Oesophagoscopy and barium swallow.
