Hi, I just notice on my neck that it has been feeling like I can t swallow my saliva. As if I had a cold. I will press on my throat lightly and then grab a hold of I guess my wind pipe and it suddenly moves and makes like a crackling sound. Is this normal
Understanding your concern. As per your query, you have symptoms of difficulty in swallowing which seems to be due to bacterial or viral infection of respiratory airways, intake of hot and sharp food and it could be an allergic reaction to any ingredient.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you chew a few cloves of garlic to help reduce the infection and heal area. Maintain hygiene and do gargles warm saline rinses. Drink plenty of water. You should consume honey as it has antibacterial properties. Take a proper course of antibiotics such as Azithromycin along with anti-inflammatory medications. Visit oral physician once and get it examined and start treatment accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
