Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since you have gastric acid reflux into the lower esophagus, over a period of time, an esophageal stricture can occur, causing difficulty in swallowing especially solid food.

It is very important that you get an upper GI Endoscopy done, and the gastroenterologist would also take biopsies from any suspicious areas, to see for malignancy.

Once the reports are ready, the doctor can explain to you the management modality. Please do not take spicy foods, alcohol, and foods that increase gastric acidity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajit Kumar Varma
