What Causes Difficulty In Urinating?
I feel like I have to urinate but only go a very little each time I try. It is uncomfortable to urinate. I also a slight reddish tint when I wipe after urinating. I had intercourse for the first time in a year and the next day these symptoms started.

The urge to urinate frequently, discomfort on urination and blood on urination may be related to a urinary tract infection.
Urinary tract infections are more common in women as compared men and it can be associated with intercourse because this causes the bacteria to enter the urinary tract.
You would need to see your doctor for an assessment. This would include physical examination as well as urinalysis.
Antibiotics along with copious fluids are needed.
