What Causes Difficulty In Urination, Back Pain And Ulcer Near Urethra Opening?

Difficult to begin urinating. Incredible pain when urinating- takes about 30 seconds - 1 minute for pain to subside after urinating. Feel that I am unable to fully evacuate my bladder at times. Small red ulcer near urethra opening. Occasional left back pain.
