General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As he is on dialysis, multiple possibilities are there which can give such issue as raised creatinine, diminished functioning of kidneys, urinary infection, alterations in urine pH, others.

As per my clinical experience, I strongly recommend to take him to the ER (Emergency Room) consultant as he requires intensive treatment in form of replenishment of hydration, evaluation of the cause and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
