What Causes Difficulty In Urination With Decreased Urge For Urination?
I feel little surge to urinate and when i do, it s difficult to do so. No pain no blood no feeling of fullness. I had some elective plastic surgery recently under Gen. Anesthesia. Could that be the problem although this is not the first time this has happened. I am a healthy 73 yrs. old woman..........

I really appreciate your concern, the most common condition would be cystitis, what kind of operation it was done not stated here, but that may not be the cause of urine urgency it is advisable to try "Di-sodium Hydrogen citrate" liquid 20 ml three times in day, along with this better to get done the urine culture sensitivity test and hope this information helps.
