What Causes Difficulty In Walking After An Iron Infusion Procedure?

My husband started taking this medication this past week. 5/22 He also had an iron infusion this week on Thurs. As of yesterday he cannot stand up and or walk. HIs legs are like jelly. Could this be from the medication? or combination of the new medicine and the infusion?

It can happen if the injection had taken intramuscular.
