What Causes Difficulty In Walking Along With Muscle Weakness?

my fiancée is having a medical issue with her legs and muscle weakness and difficulty walking , she says that she feels like her legs are amputated and I checked web md and the symptoms suggest a possible TIA , and she is 35 years old and has a pituitary adenoma and epilepsy and diabetes and lupus, what should I or can I do?

THis is not likely to be TIA in this age but some other progressive neurologic disorders should be considered so extensive neurologic work up should be done including electrmiography and MRi scan. Second cause may be diabetic neuropathy as well if there is unregulated blood sugar. Adenoma is not likely to cause this.
