What Causes Difficulty In Walking And Movement Along With Urination Difficulty?

I have had lower back issues for some time, disk bulge and sciatic nerve pain, twice, including now.. my feet and ankles swell extreme, I have difficulty with walking and movement, pain and discomfort. now I am having trouble urinating, especially while sitting, I am able to go if I stand slightly?? could this all this be relative? if so any ideas on help?

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of lower back pain swelling of the ankle and feet with associated difficulty in walking and urination following a bulging disc I am suggesting that you have the following differential diagnosis

Lumber spondylitis
Spondylolisthesis
Acute transverse myelitis
Multiple sclerosis
SLE
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis
Osteoarthritis
Benign prostate hyperplasia

In view of this please do the following test
MRI
CT scan
Lumber x-ray
Complete blood count +ESR +C reactive protein
Serum PSA
Rheumatoid factor


Meanwhile please see an orthopaedic specialist as well as an urologist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription
