What Causes Difficulty In Walking Due To Myelomalacia Be Treated?
Hi I was operated twice near lumbar spine and am under homeopathy treatment from 6 years. I improved at first but from 2 years I m not improving and i consulted a doctor in Germany and got to know that I had myelomalacia. I don t know the severity. But the doctor said it s not curable. I m very depressed since then. Because I m still 25 years. Is there any permanent treatment for this. I can t walk clearly That s the problem. I am facing now. My right leg has very little sensation and I can t empty my bladder myself. I just don t know how to come out of this. Please suggest me something.
Hello Dear. As of now there is no permanent cure for myelomalacia. You can try yoga and pranayama with meditation etc. It has done wonders in many patients where medical therapy failed. Research is underway to consider the potential of stem cells for treatment.
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you. All the best With warm regards Dr Sanjay Kini
