What Causes Difficulty In Weight Loss Despite Exercising Regularly?
Good evening. I am 65 years old and have had difficulty loosing weight even tho I walk minimum of 2 miles 5 days /week and watch carefully what I eat. My blood tests, checking the thyroid, always come back normal. But my metabolism is sluggish. It does not matter if I cut out sugar, which I did for 3 weeks and continued to walk with no weight loss. What should I suggest to my doctor that we try? Thank you, Cheryl
